  10. Operational Support: Oversee administrative, logistical, human resources, and accounting services to support overall company operations.
  11. Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries professionally and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  12. Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities with both new and existing customers.
